QCAP Multilingual Tutoring

In order to provide additional academic support for QC’s AAPI students, QCAP is collaborating with the QC Writing Center to provide multilingual peer tutoring.

The QCAP Multilingual Tutors can review your writing and assist with elements of writing like brainstorming, revision, language choice, and translation help. Currently, our tutors can provide multilingual support for students whose primary languages are Mandarin, Bengali, and Hindi. (Learn more here)

QCAP Internship Program

The QCAP Internship Program provides opportunities for experiential learning, leadership, and mentoring for Queens College’s AAPI students via internships. QCAP places students with local AAPI community organizations that align with their personal, academic, and professional interests and goals. (Learn more here)

QCAP Faculty Workshops

The QCAP Faculty Workshops are designed to support Queens College faculty in teaching QC’s diverse Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) students, in strengthening understanding of local AAPI histories and issues, and in developing AAPI-focused course content and culturally sustaining, antiracist pedagogies. The workshops will consist of 3 half-day sessions facilitated by CUNY experts in Asian American studies. (Learn more here)
